Protective Hammock Sleeve

This sleeve lets the hammock in your steel stand set stay out on the stand between uses. It is a 3.56m tube of ripstop polyester, 24cm across, with a cord lock at each end that you pull closed around the end strings. Slide it back along the hammock when you want to lie down, and pull it over again when you get up.
It keeps rain, sun and dirt off the cotton hammock, which is the main thing that shortens the life of a hammock left outside. It is sized for the hammocks in our free standing hammock sets, which have no spreader bar. It does not fit spreader bar hammocks.
It weighs 900g and packs down small, so it can also go camping with the hammock.
